The B&B is located only 35 minutes from Des Moines, Iowa; 15 minutes from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa and an easy 2.5 hour drive north of Kansas City.

The bed and breakfast is housed in our newly constructed Carriage House that features two very private suites each with private baths and fireplaces.
The Room With a View in the upper suite boasts over 700 sq feet of luxury, with a sitting room, couch, t.v. and fireplace; a sunroom nook with small kitchenette, and a generous bedroom with a king size bed, luxurious linens and a cozy, comfy chair perfect for late night reading.
The Garden Room, located on the lower level, is equally as beautiful boasting 400 sq feet featuring a sitting area with t.v., fireplace and breakfast nook. The king size bed is a beautiful wrought iron bed made up with luxurious linens and old-fashioned quilt. This suite over looks the gorgeous Secret Garden, hence its name.
